What we collect
Information you send us. When you use a form on this site, we collect what you enter:
- Invitation form: the name of the member who invited you, your first and last name, your mobile number and/or email address, and whether you’d like to schedule a tour.
- Private inquiry form: your first and last name, your mobile number and/or email address, the name of a member who referred you (optional), your message, and whether you’d like to schedule a tour.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To reply to you and consider your invitation or inquiry.
- To arrange a tour if you ask for one.
- To keep the website working and secure.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Cookies and similar technologies
We keep this to a minimum:
- A single cookie remembers that the Membership page has been unlocked for you. It expires after 10 days.
- After you send the invitation form, your browser briefly holds your first name and the name of the member who invited you, so the thank-you page can show them. This stays in your browser and is removed as soon as that page loads.
Our fonts are served from our own website, not a third party.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers who help us run this website (such as hosting and email), and only so they can do that work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Links to other sites
This site links to our Facebook page and to the member portal. Those sites are run by others, and their own privacy policies apply.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions only as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage membership, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you’ve sent us. Send a note through our private inquiry form or write to us at the address below.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection for every page. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date shown above.
